Meinu Ek Ladki Chaahiye Hindi movie review

A qualified lawyer Govind (Raghubir Yadav) finally gets his first legal case after a lot of difficulties even though Govind’s father is a renowned lawyer. Meinu Ek Ladki Chaahiye – movie review…

Govind, a jovial person does everything to save the accused. It’s during the investigation that Govind and Shishupul (Puru Chibber) come across some startling incidents. Shishupal is a romantic and energetic young blood who teams up with Govind to fight against the injustice.

Harshita is Govind’s dedicated wife, a loving mother and a principled woman. She leads a happy life but her world is shaken up by an unfortunate incident.

They have a daughter – Mishrita who is a fun-loving girl who’s an obedient child too. she makes a decision of choosing her mother over her father. That was definitely one of the worst days of her life.

Shishupal falls in love with a girl working at the florists, for which Govind helps him in winning the girl’s heart. She is Deepa, a girl with high values but from a low income group. She has a huge role to play in exposing the dark side of our society.

The court case is of a serious nature but these two solve it in a very comical and hilarious way.

However this case turns Govind’s life upside down. As his opponents are powerful people Shanti Bhushan and his famous lawyer Kharbanda.

Meinu Ek Ladki Chaahiye is also about Shanti Bhushan is a business tycoon who has everything that a man can dream of. But there comes a day, when he has to fight for – regarding his would be daughter-in-law in the court.

Kharbanda is a capable lawyer who’s always fought for justice. He is a powerful person, and this time he fights for his dear most friend Shanti Bhushan. however this legal battle will change all the equations for him.

Harassment by the police, getting locked up inside a jail, wife and daughter’s hatred resulting in strained relations with them – Govind endures a lot.

Even after all this, Govind is determined to find out the truth.

This movie Meinu Ek Ladki Chaahiye touches upon several issues in the country however in an entertaining manner.

Since its Govind’s first case, he falters, yet alongwith his assistant they manage to save the accused who is wrongly framed in a rape case.

It is after dramatic moments in the court that the culprits are brought to the book.

Meinu Ek Ladki Chaahiye lacks the pace and its evident at many places where one gets restless. Raghubir Yadav is just okay, looks uncomfortable at quite a few moments. Something was different about his speech and dialogues delivery. Puru Chibber as his assitant is a promising young lad. Rashee as Govind’s daughter is pleasant looking, Zakir Hussain and Yatin Karyekar look a bit out of the place in this drama. Kashmira Kulkarni is a stunning lady, however she has to work on her dialogue delivery.

Meinu Ek Ladki Chaahiye is an upcoming satirical Hindi movie starring Raghubir Yadav, Puru Chibber, Reecha Sinha, Zakir Hussain ,Yatin Karyekar, Rashee & Jyoti.
